+What’s a ‘Solution Partner’ (vs. a distributor)?

Solution Partners package hardware + assays + cloud + workflows + services for specific markets (e.g., EMS, public health, aquaculture, veterinary, agriculture). Distributors mainly resell products at scale; Solution Partners bring design, deploy, and often integrate end-to-end solutions.

+Why partner with Assaya? What’s the core value?

Faster time-to-market (ready reader + cloud + APIs), quantitative machine-read results (beyond yes/no), cloud capture & analytics out of the box, integration-ready (APIs/webhooks/exports), and co-sell & enablement (playbooks, MDF, case support).

+Do I need my own app or platform?

No. Start with AssayaDX dashboards, reports, and exports. If/when you need it, add APIs/webhooks to your EMR/LIS/ERP/SCADA/GIS.

+What can I build with Assaya?

Turnkey kits for EMS triage, public-health screening, aquaculture health, water monitoring, vet clinics, food safety — from components to rugged field kits with reporting.

+Which tests are supported?

Any existing iaX-Qualified LFA (multi-brand). If you have special assays required for your sector, we’ll work with you to qualify new assays so they read accurately and quantitatively. Usually iaX qualification is via the assay manufacturer engaging directly with Assaya and providing assays for qualification, and covering the cost of controls and lab work. If the manufacturer is not involved, there is the option to work with you directly.

+How does Assaya make LFAs quantitative?

iaX machine-reads the strip and converts line intensity into calibrated values (against different concentrations of known value positive controls), reducing subjective interpretation.

+Who owns the data?

Your end-customer owns their test data. Assaya provides secure processing, role-based access, audit logs, and easy exports. You can deliver managed reporting as a service.

+How do integrations work?

Use REST APIs and webhooks to connect AssayaDX to EMR/LIS/ERP (and field systems like SCADA/GIS). CSV exports are also available for non-automated data extraction.

+Is internet required at the point of test?

No, internet access is not required at the point of test, but is beneficial. Assaya supports online first with options for store-and-forward in low-connectivity settings; results sync when a connection is available.

+What about security and compliance?

Encryption in transit/at rest, audit logs, and regional hosting options.

+What’s the iaX device like in the field?

Compact (approx. 11.5 × 9 × 10 cm), portable, and battery-capable for mobile use (e.g., EMS, farms, rural health). Designed for quick, repeatable reads in real-world environments.

Eligible end customers — such as NGOs, hospitals, pharmacy chains, large scale commercial farming operations, and health or environmental authorities — can apply for Assaya’s support in running a well-defined pilot. Once approved, Assaya supplies the iaX devices, the AssayaDX cloud platform, hands-on support, and access to the Pilot Management Portal so the project is structured, measurable, and easy to manage. We actively want you to bring your expertise to the pilot — whether that’s deep knowledge of the assays, the market, workflows, or regulatory environment — so together we can design a pilot that truly fits the customer and sets up a strong case for large-scale deployment.
